Wild Woman Rising - Women’s Workshop

Part of the Forbidden Path – A Series of Women’s Workshops

18th - 20th September 2026
with Amiya & Fiona

For women ready to return to the wild wisdom of the body — with instinct, sensuality, and full permission to feel alive.

Untamed – Sensual – Sacred

There is a woman within you who has never stopped longing to be fully alive.

She is sensual and instinctive, creative and wild. She knows that pleasure is not a luxury, but a pathway back to aliveness

This weekend is an invitation to return to her.

Through movement, ritual, dance, somatic practices and womb connection, you’ll be invited to reconnect with the natural, sensual intelligence of your body and remember what it feels like to truly inhabit yourself.

Together we will journey with the elements of Water and Fire.

Water will guide us into our feelings, our flow, our softness and sensuality….helping us melt what has become guarded or numb within us.

Fire will guide us into passion, courage, expression and aliveness….helping us awaken the spark of desire and embodied freedom.

We will meet the archetypal energies of Lilith and Kali, the serpent woman and the ecstatic dancer. Experiencing these energies not as myths, but as living expressions of feminine life force, erotic innocence and creative expression.

This workshop is about reclaiming the part of you that delights in being alive, that can receive pleasure without guilt, and feels beautiful from the inside out. The part that longs to move, breathe, soften and belong fully to herself.

Held in the beauty of Gaia Yurt at Leela, surrounded by nature, you'll be supported by the elements, by sisterhood, and by a carefully held container where your body can safely unfurl.

During this weekend we will:

  • Awaken your sensual body through movement, breath, touch, dance and embodied practice.

  • Reconnect with desire, not as something to chase, but as a compass pointing you towards what brings you alive.

  • Explore pleasure as a healing force that nourishes your nervous system and reconnects you with yourself.

  • Experience body painting as a ritual of honouring the body as sacred, and an expression of our soul. There will be the option to paint onto naked skin, using colour, symbol and intention as a way to meet ourselves with tenderness, curiosity and celebration. Everything is an invitation, nothing is expected, and you remain fully in choice throughout.

  • Meet Lilith, Kali and the serpent woman as guides into feminine freedom, instinct and embodied wisdom.

  • Soften into receiving, allowing yourself to experience more beauty, nourishment and aliveness.

  • Be seen in your own sensuality by other women, and discover that you can be witnessed there and still held, in a space of celebration and sisterhood.

  • Leave feeling more connected to your body, your sensuality and your authentic feminine expression.

  • Develop a deeper trust in your body's wisdom and natural instincts.

  • Begin to free yourself from layers of shame that have dulled your aliveness or disconnected you from your desire.

“The space held by Fiona and Amiya felt very caring, nurturing and supportive. There was clearly a great deal of body wisdom held by Fiona, and her beautiful, calming voice was very helpful when dropping into the body.”
