For thirty years, people have been gathering at Leela to learn, celebrate, rest, connect, and explore what matters most to them.

Nestled in the Dorset countryside, Leela is a residential retreat centre and living community with a long history of hosting retreats, workshops, trainings, festivals, and community gatherings.

We offer a range of beautiful indoor and outdoor spaces, comfortable accommodation, nourishing meals, and an experienced team to support events of between 12 and 270 people.

Leela is more than a venue, though. It is a place with its own rhythm, culture, and community. Our land and buildings are home to gatherings that support presence, connection, wellbeing, and personal transformation, and we welcome facilitators whose work contributes to that spirit.
