Spaces at Leela
Leela includes a range of indoor and outdoor spaces used for workshops, gatherings, and community life.
Group rooms
Our group rooms are used for workshops, meditation, and gatherings throughout the year.
Zorba:
A large indoor space used for workshops, movement, and group sessions.
Shankara:
Recently extended, this is a seperate indoor room suitable for groups and festival workshops.
Gaia:
Our newly built in 2024 traditional yurt, round, structure with wooden floors used for workshops and gatherings all year round with a cosy woodfire burner.
Eden:
A traditional older yurt, round, structure used as a chill out space, dining area or meditation space, with a wood fire burner, suitable during the warmer months.
The Marquee (Seasonal):
An outdoor covered space used during festival season for sessions and informal gatherings.
Communal Spaces
These spaces are shared by guests throughout their stay.
Dining Hall
Where meals are served and shared.
Coffee Shop
A place to sit, meet others, or take a break during the day.
Foyer
An informal indoor space for meeting, resting, or connecting.
Outdoor Spaces
Leela includes outdoor areas and simple facilities that support rest and time outside.
Grounds & Gardens
Take a walk around our beautiful grounds, including a nature reserve with 21 different birds recorded, a healing field with a sacred fire, meet the old oak trees, an orchid, vegetable patches, polytunnels and a woodland surrounding the edges.
Sauna & Cold Plunge
Available at certain times during events and stays.
Smoking Temple
A designated outdoor area for smoking.
