Workshops & Retreats

Leela hosts weekend and week-long workshops and retreats throughout the year. These explore areas such as tantra, embodiment, breathwork, creativity, movement, and relationships, and are led by experienced facilitators from a range of backgrounds.

Meditation at Leela

Two optional meditation sessions take place at Leela each day, usually in the morning and evening.

These include both active and more gentle practices. Guests are welcome to join and participate are their pace.

Evenings at Leela

At times the community hosts informal evening gatherings at Leela. These may include open mic nights, music, conscious dance, creativity, sauna, sharing circles, or other ways of coming together.
