The Autumn Reset

Retreat - Regulate - Realign

The Autumn Reset Retreat

A Nervous System Reset

Step away from the noise. Come back to yourself.

Four days at the turning point of the year, held by a village of practitioners instead of an app. Somatic release, nervous system regulation, mindful movement and the kind of rest that actually lands. Set on sacred, organically tended land, with mostly organic, seasonal food cooked from the harvest.

This is a gathering to rest deeply, to reset and rejuvenate mind, body and soul. Four days built around one question, what do I need right now? a session? a walk in nature?  A rest? Here you’’ get to choose your path, choose your retreat.

Retreat Summary

Begins on:
Thursday September 26th @ 7:00pm (arrive from 5pm)

Ends on:
Sunday September 29th @ 2:00pm

What do I need?

That's the only question we're asking you to sit with this weekend. Not what should I be doing, not what will look good, just, what do I actually need right now.

Everything here is optional. The permission to rest instead of joining a session. The permission to follow your own thread instead of the group's. This is your retreat, not a checklist. Come to everything, or come to almost nothing and spend four days by the fire. Both are the right way to do this.

What we are actually doing here…

This isn't a spa weekend with a yoga class bolted on. Every session on the schedule earns its place in one of these four areas.

Somatic Release Stress that never got to complete its cycle stays stored in the body. Somatic work gives it an exit.

Nervous System Regulation Not just a nice weekend feeling. Practical regulation tools built to survive contact with your real life back home.

Mindful Movement No step count, no personal best. Movement here is about sensation and presence, not performance.

Deep Stress Recovery Sauna, sound, fire and unstructured time built into every single day. Recovery isn't a gap in the schedule, it's on the schedule.

Sunset over a lake with calm water and trees in the distance.

Beyond the Schedule

Equinox Fire & Sunrise: Saturday night's fire marks the turning point of the year, and Sunday opens with the equinox sunrise itself, watched in together.

Rest & Recuperation: Unstructured hours built into every day. Nap, journal, sit by the fire, do nothing at all.

The Harvest Feast: A shared, seasonal table, candlelit, marking the equinox itself, and a coming together in community, with our wider community joining the retreat group for the meal.

Wood Fired Sauna: Body scrubs, optional cold plunge, and the kind of heat that empties your head out.

Why this retreat, why now

You didn't burn out from one bad week. It was two thousand small ones.

Notifications, group chats, the algorithm deciding your mood before 8am. Your nervous system has been in low-grade alert for years, and it's tired of pretending it's fine.

You can be surrounded by people all week in the city and still not feel touched, heard or seen. Urban loneliness isn't about proximity, it's about depth, and depth doesn't happen over text.

A weekend of scrolling on the sofa doesn't reach the part of you that's tired. Real recovery happens in the body, in community, away from a screen. That's the whole idea behind this retreat.

The shape of the weekend

Every session is optional, and the days are built loosely enough that you can drop in and out as your own nervous system asks for.

Thursday

Arrival & Opening Fire

Settling in, meeting the group, and an opening fire to mark the start of four days out of ordinary time.

Friday

Down Into the Body

Somatic work, Kundalini yoga, breathwork and nervous system tools, the most session-heavy day, for whoever wants to do the deeper work.

Saturday

Village Day

Movement, oils and water, solo time on the land, the harvest feast, and the Equinox Fire at night, the heart of the whole weekend.

Sunday

Equinox Sunrise, Landing & Closing

Sunrise on the equinox itself, a closing circle, and an optional afternoon for anyone who wants to stay a little longer.

More to be announced soon ….

Not just a venue

You'll eat at a shared table. You'll sit at a fire that someone else is tending, for you.

Wellness retreats often sell you an hour of yoga and send you back to your room to scroll. This one is built the other way round. The sessions matter, but what actually resets an overstimulated nervous system is proximity to other real people for four straight days.

No phone signal to speak of. No itinerary to optimise. Just a small group of strangers who'll stop being strangers by the second day.

  • 4 days fully offline, on the land

  • Everyone eats together, every meal

  • Max 30 places, held deliberately small

  • 0 notifications you'll be checking

This is also a community event. Alongside the participants staying onsite, members of our wider community are invited to join a selection of the sessions over the weekend. The Harvest Feast on Saturday is where it all comes together in celebration.
