The Autumn Reset
Retreat - Regulate - Realign
18th – 21st September 2026
with Louise & friends
The Autumn Reset Retreat
Life can be full.
Work, family, phones, messages, responsibilities, other people's needs, the endless list of things that somehow always seem to need doing...
Sometimes what we need isn't another thing to add to the list.
We need to stop.
The Autumn Reset is a four-day retreat created as an opportunity to slow down, reconnect with your body, rest properly and spend some time asking a very simple question:
What do I actually need right now?
Through breathwork, yoga, nervous system practices, sound, sauna, nature, fire, good food and time to simply be, you'll have space to explore what helps you feel more grounded, connected and alive.
Retreat Summary
Begins on:
Friday September 18th @ 7:00pm (arrive from 5pm)
Ends on:
Monday September 21st @ 2:00pm
Duration:

What do I need?
That's the only question we're asking you to sit with this weekend. Not what should I be doing, not what will look good, just, what do I actually need right now.
Everything here is optional.
The permission to rest instead of joining a session. The permission to follow your own thread instead of the group's. This is your retreat, not a checklist. Come to everything, or come to almost nothing and spend four days enjoying the spaciousness of the land. Both are the right way to do this.
What we are actually doing here…
Nervous System Regulation - Practical regulation tools to take back home and integrate into your day to day.
Mindful Movement - Practise moving slowly, mindfully, with presence, slow down to notice and to feel.
Nourishing Moments - Sauna, a gong bath, a sacred fire and unstructured time built into every single day.
Yoga and Breathwork - Journey with the body, moving, breathing, creating space.
Gathering in Community - Finding the moments of resonance, the sense of belonging, a feeling of home
Time to gather - your thoughts and reflections, time to share and to vision whats to come.
Beyond the Schedule
Equinox Fire & Sunrise: Sunday night's fire marks the turning point of the year, and Monday opens with the equinox sunrise itself, watched in together.
Rest & Recuperation: Unstructured hours built into every day. Nap, journal, do nothing at all.
The Harvest Feast: A shared, seasonal table, marking the equinox itself, and a coming together in community, with our wider community coming together for the meal.
Wood Fired Sauna: Body scrubs, optional cold plunge, and the kind of heat that empties your head out.

Nartan
Yoga
-
Rooted in the Satyananda tradition, Nartan teaches yoga as a practice of discovering our deeper nature, weaving together movement (asana), breathwork (pranayama) and meditation.
Moving with care and presence cultivates a quiet receptivity, allowing the subtler aspects of ourselves to emerge into awareness, creating space for growth, healing and positive change.
Her classes are focused yet accessible, welcoming complete beginners and experienced practitioners alike. There is no prerequisite to join a class — no particular level of flexibility, fitness or mindset is required. Come as you are.
Alongside her yoga teaching, at this festival Nartan will also be reading a short story around the fire, drawing on her previous work as a professional audiobook narrator.

I’m passionate about bringing joy and supporting others on their journeys of growth, healing, and self-discovery. My path began as a primary school teacher in the Czech Republic and has since evolved into working in adult education and as a self-love therapist. I’m deeply inspired by healthy living close to nature, which I consider my sanctuary and a vital source of balance and creativity.
I first discovered Laughter Yoga many years ago while living in Brighton. I’ve always loved laughing, moving my body, and cultivating a good mood, and yoga has long been one of my go-to practices. When I learned about the powerful research behind voluntary laughter and its profound benefits for physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing, I was instantly hooked and decided to train as a Laughter Yoga teacher.
Alongside laughter, I’m deeply fascinated by the magic of breath and its impact on our minds and bodies. I regularly attend workshops and trainings to expand my knowledge and experience, continually deepening my practice and understanding.
Today, I live at Leela Centre, a vibrant community where I share my gifts and spread the giggles on a regular basis. My sessions are playful, inclusive, and deeply nourishing — an invitation to breathe, let go, and reconnect with joy, lightness, and the wisdom of the body.

Not just a venue
The Autumn Reset takes place at with a community, so you're not simply arriving at a venue for a series of workshops.
You're actually spending a few days in a living community.
You'll eat together.
You'll meet people.
You'll sit around the fire.
You'll wander around the land.
You might end up having a cup of tea with someone you've only just met.
There is plenty of opportunity for connection, but there is also plenty of space to be on your own.
This is also a community event. Alongside the participants staying onsite, members of our wider community are invited to join a selection of the sessions over the weekend. The Harvest Feast on Sunday is where it all comes together in celebration.
