Sovereign Woman - Women’s Workshop

Part of the Forbidden Path – A Series of Women’s Workshops

11th - 13th December 2026
with Tarisha & Louise

For women ready to return to the wild wisdom of the body — with instinct, sensuality, and full permission to feel alive.

Authority - Boundaries - Truth

Sovereign Woman is the one who belongs to herself. She speaks truth without apology, honours her boundaries, chooses from clarity, and stands in embodied authority. After reclaiming instinct and emotional expression in the Wild Woman retreat, this weekend roots that power into your spine. Through somatic boundary work, voice activation, centreline practices, relational clarity, and embodied leadership, you will learn to carry yourself with grace, firmness and self-respect.

This is where your power stops leaking into people-pleasing, caretaking, or self-abandonment.
This is where you rise into yourself.

Summary

Begins on:
Friday 11th December
