Rebirthing, Emotional Release & Bioenergetics

From Holding to Freedom

12th – 15th November 2026
with Sanjula and Abhi

From Holding to Freedom

So many of us move through life carrying emotions we never really had space to feel.

We learn to swallow our anger, hold in our sadness, tighten our body, restrict our breath, as patterns to cope with difficult moments.

And after a while, that tension becomes normal, until we realise we’re living with a tight chest, a stiff jaw, shallow breath, or a constant feeling of being ‘on guard’ or in fear.

This workshop is an opportunity to experience 3 body-based therapy techniques.

You’ll be supported to safely meet unexpressed emotions such as anger, pain and fear that come from experiences you’ve never fully digested in life.

Workshop Summary

Begins on:
Thurs 12th November at 17:00

Ends on:
Sun 15th November at 17:00

Duration:
4 days / 3 nights

Hosted by:

A woman with long dark hair raised her arms above her head outdoors, back facing the camera, with a body of water and a cloudy sky in the background.

Experience 3 body-based therapy techniques, using the powerful combination of breath, movement, and sound:

Rebirthing Breathwork, focuses on the stress patterns created potentially before conception and during the first 3 years of life.

Emotional release is used to access unexpressed feelings that are stored in the body, and includes voice and sound

Bioenergetics is a body movement therapy and uses body postures and movement to bring to the surface and release the physical and emotional tensions and armours in the body

This is for you if…

  • This space is intended for those who feel ready to dive into working with full emotional expression

  • Using sound and body exercises which include an element of intensity.

This is not for you if…

  • You need one to one support

  • You cannot work in environments with sound, intensity, or emotional expression.
