It’s 30 years since Leela was formed!

It’s over 30 years since Prabuddho was born (it’s a round number though he can’t quite remember)!

And it’s 20 years since Niraj brought Biodanza here!

So the party is well and truly ON!!

This will be an event catering to all those who have ever visited Thorngrove House in the last 3 decades, to anyone associated with great Leela stalwart and all round great guy, Prabuddho, and to all those that have danced with Niraj in Zorba, Shankara, the Marquee and beyond in the last twenty years!

This festival is for anyone, whether you are new to Leela, were here 20 years ago, or you are a regular visitor every year!

We will celebrate the new, the old and “all things Leela”! There will be a variety of workshops, meditations, DJs and other entertainments for you to savour. Whoever you are, you will enjoy the magic of the beautiful grounds, amazing vegetarian food, and chats by the fire under the stars. And, of course, plenty of hugs, laughter, memories and new friendships formed.

The idea for the festival arose when Prabuddho, a Leela regular since time began, had the idea of celebrating his birthday at Leela – in the Spring instead of the actual date near Christmas. He is amazed to find this idea has morphed into a 4-day mid-summer event, combined with the 20th anniversary of Niraj’s Biodanza festivals and as a prequel to Leela’s 30th anniversary!

So, we have three reasons to celebrate (if you need any!)

This is going to be a somewhat more "old school" celebration that was more common in the past than it is today, so grab your tickets NOW for this one off event to mark three very significant milestones and join us for this amazing triple header at the height of summer! Payment Plan

We understand that everyone's financial situation is unique, so we've designed our payment plan with flexibility in mind.

Secure your place by spreading the total cost into manageable instalments. We offer the option to pay a deposit and spread the balance over the remaining months before the payment deadline which is a few weeks before the start of the event. There is a £5 charge for using this payment plan option, and payment dates will be clearly outlined when you book.

Food at Leela

All food is vegetarian, drawing inspiration from cuisines from around the world. Garden produce is used when available including green salads and culinary herbs.

There is a separate tea making area with a wide range of beverages which include herbal teas, coffee, decaf, green and black teas, hot chocolate, plus cow’s milk and alternative milks.

We cater for the following diets …
