Praful
Praful is a multi-instrumentalist, vocalist, and live looping artist blending traditional and modern sounds. Inspired by folk, sacred chants, Indian ragas, jazz, and electronic music, his work channels deep spiritual energy, inviting reflection and celebration. Around the millennium he gained recognition in Chill-Jazz, earning Billboard Top 10 placements and a #1 US jazz radio hit. He has shared his music many times at Leela since it was founded.
The Leela House Band
Tarisha leads the house band for daily dance sessions during the morning gatherings and 2 live Osho Meditations, Nataraj and Mahamudra.
The line up is Prabodh on bass, Adi on guitar and violin, John on drums, Paro on percussion and Tarisha on keys. It's a rocking band bringing that Leela Live vibe to the festival.
A Celebration of Life
Leela Live is a festival created from the heart of a living community.
This year we celebrate our 30 year anniversary — an incredible milestone and a testament to the many people who have helped keep this space alive, evolving, and full of creativity.
Leela Live is our way of honouring this journey while opening the door to the future.
This is a celebration of life. Of being together. Of community.
Together we will come into a greater state of aliveness… a deeper yes to life.
Yes to the richness of life.
Yes to dancing to live music.
Yes to watching inspiring performances.
Yes to relaxing with medicine music.
Yes to nourishing the body with vibrant organic food.

Paula & Craig Trafford
-
A practical, embodied introduction to nervous system regulation and vagal toning. In this 90-minute workshop you’ll learn how stress, overwhelm, and shutdown show up in the body—and how to shift them quickly and safely. Through simple breathwork, movement, sound, and orientation practices, you’ll build a portable toolkit of “nervous system resets” you can use anywhere. Designed for real life, not theory—calm, clarity, and resilience made accessible.
-
A gentle, deeply restorative introduction to Kum Nye Tibetan energy healing. This 90-minute workshop guides you into slow, mindful movement and embodied awareness practices that soften tension and restore natural energetic flow. Through breath, touch, and stillness, you’ll explore how the body releases stress when given time and attention. Suitable for all levels, this session offers a rare opportunity to slow down, reset deeply, and reconnect with inner ease and presence.
-
Paula and Craig Trafford offer complementary blends of nervous system education and embodied energy practice.
Paula offers Kum Nye Tibetan energy healing, using slow, restorative practices that reconnect body, breath, and subtle energy awareness.
Craig specialises in nervous system regulation, vagal toning, and practical state-shifting tools including EFT-Tapping and Kinesiology, helping you enjoyably move from stress and overwhelm into clarity and resilience.
Their approach is grounded, accessible, playful and experiential, translating complex mind–body processes into simple, usable tools. They create safe, practical spaces where people can reset, regulate, and return to ease, presence, and internal balance.
Chanel & TJ

Step into a powerful, heart opening journey designed to move you beyond fear, limitation and self doubt.
This immersive session begins with conscious connected breathwork to activate the body, regulate the nervous system and open access to deeper layers of awareness. Through the breath, you will clear stagnant energy, expand your capacity and reconnect to your inner strength.
From this grounded and expanded state, you will be guided into the arrow breaking ceremony. A profound embodied experience where you break through a wooden arrow placed at the throat. This is not about force, but about presence, alignment and trust.
The throat represents expression, truth and courage. As you move through this initiation, you will be invited to release fear, reclaim your voice and step into a new level of personal power
Held safely and intentionally by Chanel .and TJ, this workshop is both activating and deeply supportive. Expect transformation, connection and a breakthrough that lands in the body, not just the mind.
No prior experience needed. Just bring an open mind and a willingness to meet yourself fully.

In this mini workshop you will learn the classic way of shamanic drumming.
Using the beat of the drum, you will be able to journey to the shamanic realms. The drum, sometimes known as The Shaman’s Horse, is the most efficient and quickest way to reach the state of mind required for shamanic journeying. The drumbeat provides the sonic drive enabling access to non-ordinary realities. Once there, you will meet an ascended being, a spirit ally who can answer your questions, one who can help, can teach and be a guide in your life.
Working with our spirit allies can change your life. You always have access to the guidance and wisdom of ascended, transcended, enlightened beings. This connection to The Divine is the primary tenet of the shamanic way of life.

New Hosted Space
Leela Live believes that when communities come together, something greater than any one of them becomes possible.
This year — Gaia Yurt and the Dome is being hosted by the Men's & Women's Work Village.
Our first hosted community are practitioners of Men's and Women's personal development work, a network of people who have gathered, circled, and grown together for years. They hold Gaia, our beautiful yurt and the dome as their own spaces across the festival: their circles, their practices, their home within our home.
Some of what happens there is just for them. Some sessions may open their doors to the wider festival. There will be an organic timetable formed during the festival that will live on the board outside the spaces. If something calls to you, follow it!
And we warmly welcome them into the full life of Leela Live: to take part in the scheduled events, to share meals, to immerse, to let the festival meet them wherever they are.
