Being Totally Alive - Aflame

Self Love - Empowerment - Freedom

27th – 29th November 2026
with Dhyano

Live Fully. Be Aflame.

Rediscover your authentic, unique self and live life to the full, simply by being who you really are.

Being totally alive — aflame — is exactly what this group is about.

And the operative word is being.

In a world that constantly tells us that image is what matters, it’s easy to lose touch with ourselves. We learn to present the right face, belong to the right group, wear the right things and shape our lives around other people’s approval.

There can be a lot of doing, striving and performing, and underneath it, exhaustion and a sense that something is missing.

You were born to be you. Nobody else. Simply your unique, authentic self.

In this workshop, we’ll explore what gets in the way of simply being who we are. Through therapeutic structures, meditation and self-trust practices, you’ll be supported to reconnect with your own energy, wisdom and inner authority.

The invitation is simple: to trust yourself more deeply, let go of what no longer feels true, and live from the person you actually are.

Dhyano

My name is Prem Dhyano also known by my formal name Chris Harding. I’m a 79 year old father of 4, and a very happy man. I love the people in my life, I love living inspired to share my love wherever I am and with whoever I meet. By some miracle I met the Indian mystic and Master, Osho, when I was 32 and, very uncharacteristically, I immediately took sannyas (became a disciple) and started my journey of inner healing and personal growth. After my 1st therapy group I decided that I must train as a therapist, which I did with Veeresh in the Humaniversity in Holland. After 8 years I was ready, started running meditations in London and with lightning speed I, together with my friends, opened our community - Osho Leela 1 in 1996. Over the next 12 years I was the Executive Director of Leela and I ran many groups and events. In 2008 my partner and I felt it necessary to leave Leela so that we could focus on raising our children who were just 10 and 6 at the time. I then had to find ways of providing for the family, and I duly got well and truly trapped in the Rat Race. I escaped that after a stressful 13 years and since then I’ve been finding my way back to where my heart quietly waited for me to return home. Having visited the place where I was trained and got reinspired and reignited I am now back with a passion - to set England aflame with love and care and gratitude. What an amazing life I’ve had, and it just keeps getting better and better.
